Dr. Dre: Tupac Hologram Only for Coachella…
In a backstage video from Coachella, Dr. Dre has clarified that the Tupac hologram was specifically conceived for the festival and not as a first run for a future tour.
“It was strictly for Coachella,” says Dre in the video. “Get it right. I want to get rid of all the rumors out there. This was not done for a tour.” Dre did leave the possibility of a tour open, adding, “If a tour happens, we’ll see.” (Read More at Rolling Stone…)

Rihanna has faced criticism after posting a picture of herself online with an unidentified white powder.
The picture, posted on photo-sharing site Instagram, appears to show her cutting up an substance on top of her on her bodyguard’s shoulders. The image was taken at this weekend’s Coachella Festival in California and has sparked outrage from Instagram users, with comments suggesting the powder could be an illegal substance.
The singer has yet to respond to the claims, but she tweeted MTV, who have since removed the pictures on their website, stating simply: “PATHETIC C*NTZ”. (Read More at NME…)

Kanye West is best known for making public proclamations on telethons and awards show stages, but the 34-year-old rapper was forced to respond to a recent outrage in a fairly conventional manner — he issued a statement to Us Weekly, the publication that originally ran a story in which a source said West referred to rumored girlfriend Kim Kardashian as “his Beyoncé.”
“Of course there are a lot of media inaccuracies surrounding this past couple of weeks, especially the ‘She’s my Beyoncé’ quote,” West told the magazine. “I would never compare anyone to my friend’s wife. Guess when it comes to Diggy Simmons’ rap career fans will have to continually expect the unexpected. Lees than two weeks after the Son of Rev. Run dropped his debut Unexpected Arrival, young Diggy sent a few shots J. Cole’s way on “What You Say To Me,” a surprising dis track that made it’s way onto the Internet Sunday morning. Apparently the 17-year old Simmons has taken exception to a few of Cole’s lyrics, specifically the second verse on the Roc Nation MC’s “Purple Rain.”
